No. This service is free.

Invoices can be downloaded in XML, XLS (Excel), ZIP (PDF), or in a personalized format (Own Format in .csv, .txt o .xls).

5. Is it possible to download invoices directly from the hotelbeds webpage?

It is only possible to download invoices from the e-billing portal with your username and password, or accessing through the e-mail link.

6. Is the e-bill a legal invoice?

As regards taxation, the e-bill is as legal as the standard bill.

7. Is it necessary to print the whole invoice?

No. You have the option to print just the first page, which is the one that comprises the invoice itself.

8. Can I view all of my invoices?

Yes. You can view all of your invoices issued from the date you become a registered user.

9. Is it necessary to print the e-bills, or save them in files or any other file system?

It is not necessary as the system functions as a billing history, where you can view or print your invoices at any time
