REGISTER

To be a registered user, fill in the form under “Register”. You will be sent a username and password to access the Client Portal.

OPERATION

There are two ways:

1. Mail: An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address containing an Internet link to access the download area.
This e-mail link will expire after a month.

2. Client Portal:By logging in with your username & password, you can directly access the invoices issued by hotelbeds for up to six years. (legal requirement).

OPTIONS

Once in the Portal, you can:

- Search by invoice number.

- Make advanced searches.

- Select different download formats (xml, pdf, xls) or configure an invoice file with your Own Format (.csv, .txt o .xls).
